This service begins with a non-refundable consultation to clarify needs, ensure non-legal requirements per T&Cs, with a downloadable form, followed by drafting and editing to create/refine emails. Users must read and understand T&Cs before choosing any service.

This refunds policy applies to EmailAid’s consultation and email drafting/editing services. Users must read and understand our T&Cs before choosing any service. All payments are subject to the conditions below.

The consultation service is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for this service, except where required by law (e.g., if the service is not provided as agreed under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Refunds are not available once the service is completed (i.e., the email draft or edit has been delivered). If the service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via email to info@emailaid.co.uk.

• If EmailAid fails to deliver a service due to our error, a full refund may be issued for that service (excluding the non-refundable consultation).  
• No refunds for a change of mind or failure to provide necessary information.
